You don't need a clear "problem" to begin therapy

Many people arrive at therapy with a quiet sense that something isn’t working the way it used to — not a crisis, just a feeling that they’ve drifted from themselves. That is reason enough to begin.

What the first few sessions look like

We start slowly. There’s no script and nothing you need to prepare. Early sessions are about getting to know your world — what’s bringing you in, what matters to you, and what you’d like to feel more of. I’ll ask questions, and we’ll follow what feels alive.

You set the pace

Some people come with a specific goal; others simply want space to think out loud with someone who won’t judge them. Both are welcome. Therapy is collaborative — you are always the expert on your own life, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

If any of this resonates, a free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to see whether we’re a good fit.
